Since 1974

From gas cylinders to LNG spheres.

Established by decree of the late Ruler of Dubai, Cylingas grew from the first gas cylinder manufacturer in the GCC into a turnkey EPC contractor — through the ENOC years and into private ownership under TS Investment and Hydra.

About Cylingas
1974

Established by decree of the late Ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum — the first GCC company based in Dubai to manufacture gas cylinders.

2010

Acquired by ENOC Group, 100% owned by the Government of Dubai. EPC division formed with a focus on storage facility projects.

2018

Acquired by private investors — TS Investment and Hydra Commercial Investment — focused on medium to large EPC contracts.

2022

Awarded the Borouge 4 cryogenic ethylene storage tank — first full cryogenic EPC.

2024

Awarded the ZIA aviation fuel terminal EPC by ADNOC and the MERAM LNG sphere by NMDC / Técnicas Reunidas.
