Three heavy-fabrication bays at Al Hayl Industrial Area, Fujairah — a 300,000 ft² yard turning out 3,000 MT of coded steel a month, with plate rolling to 70 mm, CNC cutting to 24 m, PWHT and hydrotest in-house, and a short road to the port for oversize loads.

What we fabricate
- Pressure vessels and columns — ASME U and U2 stamped

Welding capabilities
Our welding expertise enables the execution of thick-wall, high-pressure and cryogenic applications, proven through qualified procedures and advanced testing. Our welding expertise includes:

Core welding capabilityThick-plate welding qualified in 3G position
Qualified procedures (PQR) for 125 mm thick plate in the vertical 3G position — SMAW and mechanised FCAW — for thick-wall, high-pressure and cryogenic work such as the MERAM LNG sphere.
- Multi-cycle Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) — up to 4 cycles for critical joints
- Mechanised Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) for heavy-wall applications
- Proven competence in thick-wall structural and pressure-grade welds under stringent inspection regimes
