Cylingas Company LLC was established on 28 April 1974 by decree of the late Ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, as the first GCC company based in Dubai to manufacture gas cylinders. The company has since evolved into a reputable EPC contractor in the oil and gas and utilities sectors.
Who we are
An oil and gas EPC company delivering turnkey engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction across the oil and gas, petrochemical and utilities sectors. Cylingas offers, as part of EPC project implementation, engineering consultancy services, procurement, equipment fabrication and installation, and construction services.
In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Cylingas turned its focus from gas cylinders to the EPC of fuel terminals and storage. Milestones include the first floating-roof tanks for the oil industry, spherical tanks, pressure vessels and complete storage and distribution terminals across the UAE.

Shareholders
TS Investment Limited (TSI) and Hydra Commercial Investment L.L.C., a Royal Group company, are the shareholders of Cylingas Company LLC. TSI's business fields include civil, mechanical and electrical contracting, industrial district cooling (ADC Energy Systems), sustainable energy, automation and control, industrial water treatment and engineering consulting.

Cylingas maintains its Integrated Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
The safety of our people, assets and clients is paramount to any action we undertake. Our work is never so urgent that it must be performed unsafely. We accordingly maintain and reinforce rigorous policies and procedures when it comes to safety across the entire organisation.

Cylingas is ICV certified and recognised for its contribution to the local economy through investment, local procurement and the employment of UAE nationals. Cylingas is proud of enhancing its ICV contribution progressively every year since the inception of the ICV programme.
Our local fabrication supports the “Make It In The Emirates” campaign initiated by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology to promote industrial growth and manufacturing in the UAE. We strive to increase our local capacity and content in our fabrication work whenever possible.
From gas cylinders to LNG spheres.

Storage tank projects at ADNOC Al Dabbiya (Robt Stone) and ADNOC BFIP (CPECC).
Awarded the Borouge 4 cryogenic ethylene storage tank — first full cryogenic EPC.
Awarded the ZIA aviation fuel terminal EPC by ADNOC and the MERAM LNG sphere by NMDC / Técnicas Reunidas.
