CYLINGAS is an EPC and fabrication company successfully operating for more than 45 years, with approx. 300,000 sq. ft. facility unit in Dubai, supported by competent and skilled work force with all required infrastructure, including the in house capability of rolling plates with thickness up to 70mm. Cylingas delivers a wide range of products and services including: Design, Engineering and Fabrication of Oil and Gas Storage Tanks, Spheres, API 650 and 620 Vertical Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Process Equipment’s, Pipeline Spools and all kinds of Steel Products.

Cylingas’ QHSE Management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.Holder of “U”, “U2” Stamp from ASME – (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) as well as “R” Stamp from The National Board of Boilers & Pressure Vessels Inspectors – (NBBI).

LEGACY

Cylingas Company LLC (CCL) was established on 28 April 1974 by a decree of the late ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum and began full operations in 1976 as the first GCC company based in Dubai to manufacture gas cylinders. While initially involved in gas cylinders manufacturing and supplying to both domestic and regional markets, Cylingas managed to turn focus into bulk liquid storage in the late 90s and early 2000, coinciding with local expansion of oil & gas sector in the region and across the UAE.

Over the years the Company has had the opportunity to be a part of the UAE’s growth and were involved in various manufacturing and infrastructure related activities mainly serving customers in the Oil and Gas industry, both in the local and international markets. Cylingas have executed many jobs for reputed companies in UAE, GCC and African countries.

Milestone

During the course of our history, we have developed many innovative technologies and achieved a number of industry milestones, including the erection of floating-roof tanks for the oil industry, spherical tanks, pressure vessels, storage and distribution terminals in UAE.

Today Cylingas

In late 2000, Cylingas took on new challenges on a series of new developments that had drastically expanded its capabilities and services, which covered its new engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) division, focusing on storage facility projects in the Oil & Gas field. Since then, Cylingas became a leading provider in the Oil & Gas Industry, specifically in the construction and commissioning of storage solutions covering the entire job spectrum.
